FAQs
Answers on wholesale pricing, payment, shipping and authenticity.
Buying & bulk orders
What to know whether you want one box or many.
No. Wholesale pricing needs no account application and no minimum order. Add five or more matching items to your cart and each unit is 20% off automatically. Sealed cases are not included, since they already carry bulk pricing.
There is none. Buy a lone box or a complete case, whichever suits. Add 5 of the same item and the 20% per-unit discount begins.
Sure thing. Send a list of items and amounts to info@tcgviber.com or through the contact form, and expect a quote from us in reply.
Both are in stock. The listing for each item tells you which language edition it is, and a blog post walks through how to pick one.
Paying for your order
Accepted methods, currencies and the steps that follow checkout.
Cryptocurrency is available at checkout, alongside Revolut, Zelle, Chime, Cash App, E-Transfer, bank transfer and a card payment link. The Payment Methods page has more.
If you choose a card link, bank transfer or digital wallet, we reserve your order and email you payment details for that method. Crypto is paid during checkout. We prepare your order for dispatch once we confirm payment.
Our base currency is the US dollar. A selector lets you view everything in one of 29 currencies instead, and the converted total follows you to the cart and checkout.
Delivery & tracking
Shipping destinations and how to keep an eye on your parcel.
Delivery is worldwide. Orders above $499 ship free, and every order goes out with tracking. See Delivery & Dispatch for the rest.
Open the Order Tracking page whenever you want a status update; the tracking number itself is emailed to you once the parcel ships.
Possibly. Duties and taxes can be applied by your destination country at delivery; the buyer covers them unless we agree something else.
Product range & authenticity
What is on our shelves and the condition it arrives in.
Yes. Our products are sealed at the factory and stay that way until you open them.
Certainly; the Booster Packs section has them, along with larger formats like boxes, bundles and cases.
The range covers Weiss Schwarz, Yu-Gi-Oh!, One Piece and Pokémon, plus accessories such as sleeves and binders.
Damage & returns
Steps to take when an order is not as expected.
Write to us inside 48 hours once the parcel is delivered, including pictures of the box, the label on it and what is inside. Claims are handled as set out in the Refund & Returns Policy.
Not once you have bought them: final sale is the rule for sealed collectibles. Read the Refund & Returns Policy prior to purchase.
