Shipping destinations

TCG Viber sends parcels from Tokyo, Japan to customers around the world. Type in whichever delivery country applies when you check out.

What shipping costs

You will see your shipping charge at checkout before paying. Any order above $499 gets free shipping.

When your order leaves us

Packing starts after your payment is confirmed (see Payment Methods). A paid order goes out within one business day, and weekends and Japanese public holidays do not count toward that. If one part of a big order needs longer, you will get an email from us before it goes out.

Following your parcel

All parcels travel with tracking, and the tracking number is emailed to you as soon as the package is on its way. To see where an order stands, open the Order Tracking page and enter your order number with your billing email.

How long delivery takes

The destination country, the carrier and how quickly customs clears the parcel all affect transit time. The tracking link always shows the freshest estimate for your parcel.

How we pack

We wrap Elite Trainer Boxes, booster boxes and other sealed items in a strong outer carton with cushioning that shields the corners and the shrink wrap. Sealed cases go out in the factory cartons they came in.

Import duties, taxes and fees

When a parcel arrives, your country may apply import duties, VAT, GST or handling charges. Our prices and shipping costs do not cover these, so they fall to the buyer, except where we have put a different arrangement in writing. Each international parcel carries the commercial invoice that customs requires.

If something goes wrong

• Double-check the delivery address while you check out. Need to change it? Email us right away; we can update it at any point before the parcel is sent.
• When tracking freezes, or a parcel is marked delivered yet has not turned up, send us your order number and we will follow up with the carrier.
• Received something damaged, wrong or incomplete? Tell us within 48 hours of delivery. Our Returns & Refunds page lists what to send us.
