Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 27 October 2026

1. Scope

The terms below govern each purchase made at tcgviber.com, an online shop operated from Tokyo, Japan by TCG Viber (“we”, “us”). Placing an order means you accept them, along with our Payment Methods, Shipping & Delivery, Returns & Refunds and Privacy pages.

2. Customers and accounts

We sell to collectors, local card stores and resellers alike. Guest checkout is available, or you can open an account. An account holder must keep the login details private and is responsible for any order placed from the account. Shoppers younger than 18 should have a parent or guardian place the order.

3. About the products

• Everything we stock is sold factory-sealed, and every listing says if it is the English or the Japanese edition.
• Photos on the site show the product as it is sold. Packaging and artwork may differ a little from one print run to the next.
• What you pull from a pack or box is down to luck. We never open sealed product, so we cannot guarantee what a pack contains.

4. Pricing and the wholesale discount

• Our base currency is the US dollar. The selector can show other currencies at live exchange rates, and the figure at checkout is the amount to be paid.
• Buy 5 or more units of one item and each unit of it is 20% off. Your cart applies this automatically. Sealed cases are excluded from the discount.
• Prices may change at any moment, yet an order is always charged at the price displayed when it was placed.
• Where a listing carries an obviously wrong price, we may cancel that order and refund whatever was paid.

5. Reservations and availability

Your items are reserved when you place an order, and the sale becomes final once we have confirmed your payment. Stock is limited. Should an item prove unavailable once you have ordered, we will say so and give you the choice of a substitute, waiting for new stock or a refund for it. We may also cap quantities or refuse an order, for example if fraud is suspected.

6. Paying for an order

Nothing ships before we have confirmed payment. Use only the payment details sent from info@tcgviber.com. The Payment Methods page has the full picture.

7. Shipping, customs and duties

Orders are shipped worldwide and tracked. The buyer covers any import duties, taxes and customs fees levied in the destination country, unless a written agreement with us says differently. See Shipping & Delivery for more.

8. Returns and canceled orders

Sealed product cannot be returned, with the exception of items that arrive damaged, wrong or missing and are reported inside 48 hours of delivery. The rules for canceling an order are in our Returns & Refunds policy.

9. Collectible value

Sealed trading card stock may rise or fall in price. The content of this site is not financial advice, and we promise nothing about what any product will be worth later.

10. Trademarks

Pokémon, One Piece Card Game, Yu-Gi-Oh! and Weiss Schwarz, along with their logos, belong to their respective owners, among them Nintendo, Creatures, GAME FREAK, The Pokémon Company, Bandai, Konami and Bushiroad. TCG Viber is an independent retailer, with no affiliation to or endorsement from any of them.

11. Limits on liability

As far as the law permits, what we owe for any order will not exceed the sum you paid for it, and we are not responsible for indirect losses like lost profit or missed resale chances. These terms do not restrict any liability that the law does not allow us to restrict.

12. Applicable law

Japanese law governs these terms, and the courts in Tokyo will hear any dispute. Mandatory consumer protections in your home country are not affected by this.

13. Updates to these terms

We may revise these terms now and then. Each order is covered by the version that was live when you placed it.
